So many directions I can go with this post .... but instead of me chatting away ... I thought I would just share a bunch of different pictures with 'brief' descriptions on what I have made with your basic, beautiful bundt pan.
First things first, do NOT begin with a clean shiny brand new bundt pan ... most of the time, an older, slightly rusty, aged one works best. So head to your favorite thrift store, Goodwill, or yard sale and pick one up for less than $2.

They come in different shapes and sizes. And don't worry about the color, I normally paint them anyway.
Lazy Susan Bundt Pan Tiered Tray

Chalk paint and distress a Lazy Susan along with a tall wooden salt shaker that has been cut in half. The bottom of the shaker supports your bundt pan and the top of the salt shaker becomes your finial! This is my 2nd one of these I have made (1st one is in the slideshow at the end) and this time I only painted the inside with 'Peacock' chalk paint from Walmart. I liked the slate gray on the outside of the pan so I left it as is. Seal it and you are finished. Now take that Lazy Susan for a Spin!
Bundt Pan Pumpkin

Love the shape of this Bundt pan, and all I did was give it a couple squirts of cinnamon paint and then a couple more of brush oiled bronze paint. Add a pinecone for the stem and some raffia and this one's good to go!
Bundt Pan Bird Bath/Feeder

Start with a heavy duty lamp base and remove all the wiring. This base is wrought iron sprayed with brush oiled bronze paint. Top it off with a brightly painted pink bundt pan, and the end of a chair spindle for your bird perch. Sprayed this 'perch' with some flirty glitter blue paint to really catch them birdies attention. Add some water or some bird seed and watch the birds flock to your new stand!
Bundt Pan Beach Ball

Not much to say here except C U T E !!! Start with some white spray primer. Then handpaint out every other section with primary colors (I know, green isn't a primary color). Spray on some gloss sealer and you have a cute centerpiece or fence/wall decor. Check out my pastel version of this in the following slideshow.
Beautiful Bundt Cake Slide Show. Zero Carbs & Zero Calories!

Stay tuned to next Thursday to see what a crafter like me does when she is on the hunt for enamel pots, pans, lids, and ladles, and can't find any (at a price I want to pay anyway). What's a crafty girl supposed to do? You make your own enamel, that's what you do! Which one is the enamel imposter? Can you tell? The answer will surprise you!
Once again, thanks for allowing me to share my JOY with you. If you haven't signed up yet for automatic emails every Thursday, just enter your email at the bottom of this post to subscribe. And if you see something you can't live without, and you don't want to make it yourself, either email me at lorisaenz@sbcglobal.net (I ship), or check out my 2 booths over at Alamo Craft Company, 6151 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78238, Mon-Sat 10-6.
